In extreme forms eight sports personalities are tested in endurance, strength and survival instinct in a competition where the wilderness represents the biggest challenge. A helicopter leaves the participants alone in the wilderness with only two tasks: to survive on what nature has to offer and find your way back to civilization as quickly as they can. Without a compass, map or food, and with limited water. Peter Jihde is the host. Together with the participants, Robert Kronberg, Thomas Wassberg, Louise Karlsson, Magnus Wislander, Per Elofsson, Erica Johansson, Sofia Mattsson and Tomas Gustafson, he visits four continents to see which sports star that best manages to survive the wilderness.

De kvarvarande tävlande tar sig an det mest ödsliga och karga bergsmassivet i världen, Quebrada del Yeso. Det blir en tuff utmaning för lagen och båda drabbas av problem på vägen och det blir en kamp in i målsnöret.
