Ramsay's Best Restaurant follows Gordon Ramsay as he attempts to find the country's best restaurant. He travels all over the country as he tries to find the best local restaurants picking his favorite entries from eight different categories. Those selected then compete against one another to be crowned the series champions.

I detta avsnitt ska två thairestauranger kämpa för att få gå vidare i tävlingen. Den skotska Nahm Jim tävlar mot Mango Tree, som ligger i London. Ramsay sätter restaurangerna på hårt prov genom en rad olika utmaningar. Del 5:11
