Expert restorer Alan Herd transforms 15 pieces of inexpensive furniture into highly desirable antiques in this series for Discovery Home & Leisure. Antiques guru Eric Knowles helps Alan buy the furniture at auctions all over Britain and, after Alan's worked his magic in the workshop (re-veneering, staining and rebuilding in some instances), they put the restored pieces back into auction to see if they can make a profit.
