Nick och hans fru Heather har köpt Coulton Mill för att göra om byggnaden till ett trivsamt hem. Huset är kulturmärkt och tros ursprungligen vara från 1200-talet, men är i extremt dåligt skick och måste renoveras omedelbart för att inte kollapsa. Del 6:9
